SiteGround Anti-Bot system

Most of you will be aware that I recently moved from an American hosting company to Siteground, and I am still finding out about how they run things.

One thing I have come across is their Anti-Bot system. If they suspect that the IP address being used could be/may have been used for brute-force attacks, then it will be intercepted. It will then show a typical challenge captcha page which looks something like this:

It is safe for you to go ahead and complete the challenge. A successful completion means the IP address is added to a whitelist, and it won’t be challenged again.
