Signup URL Instructions

To be added to a choir’s Corporate Account, you may be sent a “Signup URL” link. This is how to proceed on receiving that link:

A: If you haven’t (or think you haven’t) registered on this site previously:

  1. Click on the Signup URL link (or copy and paste it into the address bar of your browser).  You will see the kind of membership, and the name of the its Parent. If you don’t recognise the name, contact your choir;
  2. Enter your details into the boxes;
  3. Check the “Terms of Service”, and the “Privacy Policy” checkboxes so that they show a ‘tick’;
  4. Click on the the “Sign Up” button.

If you see an ERROR message saying that either the Username, or the Email Address, has already been taken, then it means either:

1 You have chosen a Username that has already been picked by someone else. Try again with a different Username;
2 You did register previously, and that you have forgotten. In which case, you need to find out the Username you used. See Section B below.

You are now added as a Sub Account to the choir/group corporate membership, and have access to all the sound files on the site for as long as that membership is active.

To login, choose either HOME or LOGIN/LOGOUT from the top menu, and enter your login details into the form.

To retrieve your Username and set a Password:

  • Choose LOGIN>LOGOUT from the top menu;
  • Leave the boxes blank; rather, click on the “Forgot Password” link and enter your email address;
  • You will receive an email telling you your Username;
  • Follow the instructions to reset your Password.

You are now armed with your Username and Password, and should follow the instructions in the next section.

B: If you have registered on this site previously:

  1. If you have forgotten your login details, follow the instructions above to retrieve your Username and set a Password;
  2. Login;
  3. Click on the Signup URL link (or copy and paste it into the address bar of your browser). You will see the kind of membership, and the name of the its Parent. If you don’t recognise the name, contact your choir; Your details will already be showing in the boxes;
  4. Check the “Terms of Service”, and the “Privacy Policy” checkboxes so that they show a ‘tick’;
  5. Click on the the “Sign Up” button.

You are now added as a Sub Account to the choir/group corporate membership, and have access to all the sound files on the site for as long as that membership is active.
