You need to be registered before you can gain access to the sound files. If you only require files for out-of-copyright material, then there is no need for Group Account. You and your intended members should apply for their own Individual: Free accounts: click here.
A Group Account is aimed primarily at choirs, but not exclusively so. If there are five or more people willing to club together, then it is much cheaper to go for a Group Account rather than have five Individual: Paid-for memberships. There is group account of for two people, costing only one-and-a-half the price of an Individual membership. After that, the cost per member is between £2.00 and £2.99 per person for a year’s membership, a great saving on the £10.00 per year Individual subscription.
A Group Account doesn’t exist on its own: it is attached to the personal account of an individual who chooses to become a Group Owner. If that individual already has an account, they can upgrade that account to one that has a group subscription attached. If they don’t have an account, they begin to register with their personal individual details, and then add the group’s details later in the process.
Payment and account control is limited to the Group Owner; this means the other members don’t concern themselves about the status of the account. Members get their own Username (usually their email address) and set their own private passwords. This is necessary in order to abide by the European Union’s GDPR privacy legislation; the sharing of login date is positively discouraged.
Prices are scaled to take into account the size of your group, the larger the group, the more it costs.
With a Group Account, the Group Owner and the individual members may play and download as many files as they wish whilst that account is still active. You can then load them onto any mobile device that will play them, but in the case of in-copyright files, you can only do this if those devices belong to you. You must not share any in-copyright files with others.
There are three options for Group Account memberships. You can choose to have them for 4 months, for 6 months or for 1 year. At the end of that period you can renew for the same period of time, or you can choose a different time period.

It is also worth visiting your email provider’s website and logging into your email account there. Then you can add my two email addresses to your Safe Address list.
