UPDATE TO GROUP ACCOUNTS

The next time you need to renew (or create) a group account, you will see a slight difference in the way you select your membership level.

There will still be memberships for 4 months, 6 months or 1 year periods, but rather than having to choose one with a pre-defined number of seats (up to 20, up to 30, …., up to 150), you are now able to state exactly how many seats you require.

There is now a much smaller number of membership levels, including three for groups:

• Group: 15 or more seats – 4 Months (£0.80 per seat)
• Group: 15 or more seats – 6 Months (£1.20 per seat)
• Group: 15 or more seats – 1 Year (£2.00 per seat)

Choose the one matching the time-period you need.

You will then see there is an option to enter the number of seats you require. Ensure this is equal to or greater than the number of seats you already have occupied by your members, or my system will either warn you, or it may even remove members from your existing dashboard until the numbers are equal.

The minimum number charged for is 15 which, for a year, is priced at £30.00 (£2.00 per seat). There is no point in choosing fewer than 15 as the price will not reduce.

Otherwise, you can put any number in there to suit your circumstances.

You may still wish to purchase a few extra seats, although my system will happily allow you to change the number at anytime, with the appropriate deductions for any unused portion of your existing membership.

So, in short, decide whether you want your new membership to be 4 months, 6 months, or 1 year; then decide how many seats you require. The payment section at the bottom shows how much you have to pay.
