To listen to a soundfile: Click on the file (e.g. MP3) next to your voice partname.
To download a soundfile: Right-Click (Ctrl-Click) on the file (e.g. MP3) next to your voice partname; then choose "Download As..." (or "Save As...") and pick a location on your hard drive
If you are not offered a "Download As..." option, Click on the file as if you were going to play it, and at the right-hand end of the transport bar you will find a download icon.

If you have a paid-for Individual subscription, but it has expired, you will need to renew it to gain access to in-copyright files; or to change it to a Free subscription if you only need to gain access to out-of-copyright files. Login then choose YOUR ACCOUNT>YOUR MEMBERSHIP and click on the “Renew or change your subscription” link.

If you are a member of a group, you will not see the files if the group membership has expired. Contact the Group Owner if that is the case.
