General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Opt-in

Below is a form to opt-in to my Privacy Policy. All new joiners, whether for a Free subscription or one of the paid-for subscriptions, already opt-in during the registration process. You only need to complete this form if:

• You took out an Individual – Free subscription to my site before 2 February 2018; or,
• You were, or are being, invited to join a choir’s group account.
