      Hi John
I sent you some files by email on the 11th Feb but they haven’t appeared on the website yet. I also sent one by file transfer and that has appeared. I know you said a couple of weeks but as its been longer I just wondered if they had got lost in the pile of requests you most have had. They were Ave Maris Stella by Thomas, Agnus Day by Kellam and For the Beauty of the Earth by Stopford. I can resend emails if there is a problem

Best wishes Linda Kemp Rolleston Choral Society

        Hi Linda,

My apologies. Yes, my filing system has let me down here. I have those emails (in the wrong folder….), so I will get on with these later today.

I meant to add: on receipt of requests, I invariably give a guide to how long it may take before I can get the relevent files prepared. If I do go past the time, then by all means contact me. There can be a number of valid reasons for me falling behind a delivery date; and there is this embarrassing one where I completely messed things up by mis-filing the request. So do contact me straightaway if a date comes and goes without me fulfilling the request.
