To listen to a soundfile: Click on the file (e.g. MP3) next to your voice partname.
To download a soundfile: Right-Click (Ctrl-Click) on the file (e.g. MP3) next to your voice partname; then choose "Download As..." (or "Save As...") and pick a location on your hard drive
If you are not offered a "Download As..." option, Click on the file as if you were going to play it, and at the right-hand end of the transport bar you will find a download icon.

You need to have logged in successfully with the appropriate in-date subscription to access these files: a Free one if they are out-of-copyright; a paid-for one if they are in-copyright.

If you have a paid-for Individual subscription, but it has expired, you will need to renew it to gain access to in-copyright files; or to change it to a Free subscription if you only need to gain access to out-of-copyright files.
